Casey Codding is a traitor.

Casey Codding murdered Lavoy Finicum.

Thanks to recent testimony we know the activist’s death was a pre-planned assassination. But corrupt judges along with government officials have sealed the identity of the Oregon State Police (OSP) Officer directly responsible for the murder of Lavoy Finicum.

Despite public outcry, trials against protestors and even charges against one of the FBI agents for the filing of a false report in the murder, the man who pulled the trigger has been known only as Officer #1.

However, today someone leaked the name of the OSP officer behind the slaying. The real name of officer #1 is CASEY CODDING (a/k/a – Casey Michael Codding), and this is a photo of him.

Casey is not denying the killing, and he is being praised by other government traitors for his actions. In fact he is being praised as a hero for helping the FBI and other OSP officers setup an illegal roadblock to ambush and kill the activist Lavoy Finicum.

We should never forget Casey Codding (a/k/a – Casey Michael Codding):

He killed 3 people…

He fired rounds into a moving vehicle…

He fired 2 rounds into the back of a man…

He is the man that murdered Lavoy Finicum.

If that isn’t enough to turn one’s stomach, then this might,. . . Casey has since been promoted to the rank of captain.

As members of the human race we should all demand that Casey Codding answer for his crimes and be given the due process he and his treasonous friends have denied Lavoy Finicum.

Furthermore. it’s time we stop and put an end to these unlawful fake courts and their secret trails, for ‘We The People’ have the right to know the names and faces of the criminals that violate our highest laws and murder our families.

Robert S. Lasnik

Robert S. Lasnik is a traitor.

Robert S. Lasnik is a treasonous Senior United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington.

U.S. District Judge Robert Lasnik on Tuesday (July 31, 2018) blocked the imminent release of blueprints for 3-D printed guns, hours before they were set to hit the internet.

The decision blocked a settlement President Donald Trump’s administration had reached with the Texas-based company, which planned to put files online on Wednesday.

Eight states and the District of Columbia on Monday filed a lawsuit to fight a June settlement between the federal government and Defense Distributed allowing the Texas-based company to legally publish its designs.

Judge Robert Lasnik is clearly a traitor, for he has no legal authority to issue such an unlawful court order in violation to the First and Second Amendments of the United States Constitution.

UPDATE: August 2, 2018

Despite Judge Robert Lasnik’s treasonous ruling, NBC News reported on Code Is Free Speech, a coalition of five West Coast gun rights groups, posted the plans, claiming the publication was protected on First Amendment free speech grounds.

Plastic guns are created in the same manner as anything that is printed in 3-D: The machine stacks layers of material to form an object. But guns made by 3-D printers have a particular risk factor — they’re untraceable.

Back in 2013, Defense Distributed founder Cody Wilson posted a video of him firing the Liberator — all plastic and 3-D-printed, save for a metal firing pin — and uploaded the plans online. According to CNN, he was served with a cease-and-desist order from the U.S. State Department a few days later; the State Department argued that Wilson’s plans may have violated International Traffic in Arms Regulations because he released the information to people outside the U.S. To this we must ask, “When did international law override the highest law in the land – The United States Constitution?”

In June 2018, Wilson came to a settlement with the Trump administration that implied he would be able to post his plans, according to The Verge.

According to the Orlando Sentinel, Senator Bill Nelson (D-FL) tried to pass last-minute legislation blocking the publication, saying, “American national security is going to be irreversibly weakened because of the actions of the administration.” His effort was blocked by Senator Mike Lee (R-UT), who raised First Amendment concerns, according to the Sentinel.

A lawyer for Wilson criticized the restraining order as a violation of his First Amendment rights. According to NBC News, Defense Distributed was not responsible for the publication and had agreed not to post the documents, pending court rulings.

John Andrew Ross

John Andrew Ross is a traitor.

John Andrew Ross is a treasonous United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.

According to a ruling by U.S. district judge John Ross in St. Louis, Missouri, governments can require a people to make themselves sick. More specifically, a local ordinance that requires planting grass, to which a St. Peters, Mo. woman is allergic, does not violate a “fundamental right.” Thus, judge John Ross granted a summary judgment sought by the City of St. Peters and ruled against a federal lawsuit brought by Jan and Carl Duffner, who must now devote half of their lot to cultivating a plant that makes them ill. The basis of the judge’s ruling is that the Supreme Court has ruled that “aesthetic considerations constitute a legitimate government purpose.”

So, according to this ruling, the government can force you to affirmatively commit acts that are harmful to your health.

St. Louis Today reports:

U.S. District Judge John Ross’ 17-page ruling said Janice and Carl Duffner “failed to identify a fundamental right that is restricted by the Turf Grass Ordinance.”

After unsuccessfully suing in state court, the Duffners filed their federal suit in 2016, claiming the ordinance was “unnecessary for the advancement of any compelling or permissible state objective” and “imposes a permanent obligation on the owner to cultivate and maintain that unwanted physical presence on their property for no reason other than that the government commands it.”

The suit said such ordinances could lead to cities mandating swimming pools or holiday light shows to boost property values and said the Duffners could face jail time or fines of $7,490 to nearly $188,000. …

Ross ruled that the potential punishment was not excessive. He also declined to consider several state law claims, saying that some of the issues had already been “extensively litigated and decided by Missouri state courts” in a prior state lawsuit, and other issues, including zoning, were better left for state courts to consider.

Dave Roland, a Freedom Center of Missouri lawyer representing the Duffners, vowed to appeal.

“If a city can compel citizens to devote half of their property to growing a plant that the citizen does not want and that makes them sick, there is no longer any principled limit to the government’s control over private property,” he said in a statement.

Kemberlee Kaye of Legal Insurrection gets it, about how outrageous and frightening this is:

Janice Duffner is highly allergic to grass. The couple transformed their yard into a beautiful garden landscape. But, unless the Duffner’s adhere to the city ordinance, they can be fined up to $188,000 or face jail time up to 20 years in the slammer. A totally reasonable punishment for a landscaping violation.

Indeed, the pictures provided by the Freedom Center of Missouri and posted to Legal Insurrection show a beautifully landscaped garden, not some weed-filled wasteland.

John Paul Stevens

John Paul Stevens is a traitor.

John Paul Stevens is a treasonous American lawyer and jurist who served as an associate justice of the U.S. Supreme Court from 1975 until his retirement in 2010.

Retired Supreme Court Judge John Paul Stevens wrote an oped Tuesday (March 27, 2018) in the New York Times calling for the repeal of the Second Amendment of the US Constitution.

Rarely in my lifetime have I seen the type of civic engagement schoolchildren and their supporters demonstrated in Washington and other major cities throughout the country this past Saturday. These demonstrations demand our respect. They reveal the broad public support for legislation to minimize the risk of mass killings of schoolchildren and others in our society.

That support is a clear sign to lawmakers to enact legislation prohibiting civilian ownership of semiautomatic weapons, increasing the minimum age to buy a gun from 18 to 21 years old, and establishing more comprehensive background checks on all purchasers of firearms. But the demonstrators should seek more effective and more lasting reform. They should demand a repeal of the Second Amendment.

Concern that a national standing army might pose a threat to the security of the separate states led to the adoption of that amendment, which provides that “a well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.” Today that concern is a relic of the 18th century.

Apparently the traitor John Paul Stevens should be reminded of the fact that Stalin’s firearms confiscation was a tremendous success for the socialist state.

The Constitution of the United States is one of the greatest documents in history, and recognizes something incredibly important: that our rights are given to us by God, not by our government.

Second Amendment: “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”

We, the People of the United States, should not stand by while these precious rights are taken from us. The Second Amendment guarantees security, it does not threaten it, and every man and woman in this great nation has a right to use it to protect themselves against tyranny or any other threat.

ANY ATTEMPT TO INFRINGE ON THIS RIGHT should be fought by the people of this nation. We should not allow anti-gun zealots and tyrants to blatantly ignore the Constitution and infringe on our rights.

The Second Amendment is vital for our liberty, and we need to defend it from all traitors like John Paul Stevens.

Edward “Bill” William Priestap

Edward “Bill” William Priestap is a traitor.

Assistant director of the FBI Counterintelligence Division Bill Priestap has turned on former director James Comey, confirming that he is indeed a traitor to America.

According to House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence member Chris Stewart, Bill Priestap is fully cooperating with Trump’s justice department, ratting on his former ‘Deep State’ colleagues at the bureau, and exposing how they attempted to interfere in the 2016 Presidential election on behalf of Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton.

When you understand how central Bill Priestap was to the entire 2016/2017 ‘Russian Conspiracy Operation‘, the absence of his name, amid all others, created a curiosity because it seemed unfathomable his name has not been a part of any of the recent story-lines.

Bill Priestap is the head of the FBI Counterintelligence operation. He was FBI Agent Peter Strozk’s direct boss. If anyone in congress really wanted to know if the FBI paid for the Christopher Steele Dossier, Bill Priestap is the guy who would know everything about everything.

FBI Asst. Director in charge of Counterintelligence Bill Priestap was the immediate supervisor of FBI Counterintelligence Deputy Peter Strzok.

Bill Priestap is #1. Before getting demoted Peter Strzok was #2.

The investigation into candidate Donald Trump was a counterintelligence operation. That operation began in July 2016. Bill Priestap would have been in charge of that, along with all other, FBI counterintelligence operations.

FBI Deputy Peter Strzok was specifically in charge of the Trump counterintel op. However, Strzok would be reporting to Bill Priestap on every detail and couldn’t (according to structure anyway) make a move without Priestap approval.

On March 20th 2017 congressional testimony, James Comey was asked why the FBI Director did not inform congressional oversight about the counterintelligence operation that began in July 2016.

FBI Director Comey said he did not tell congressional oversight he was investigating presidential candidate Donald Trump because the Director of Counterintelligence suggested he not do so. *Very important detail.*

This cannot be emphasized enough. *VERY* important detail. Again, notice how Comey doesn’t use Priestap’s actual name, but refers to his position and title. Again, watch [Prompted]

FBI Director James Comey was caught entirely off guard by that first three minutes of that questioning. He simply didn’t anticipate it.

Oversight protocol requires the FBI Director to tell the congressional intelligence “Gang of Eight” of any counterintelligence operations. The Go8 has oversight into these ops at the highest level of classification. In July 2016 the time the operation began, oversight was the responsibility of this group, the Gang of Eight:

Obviously, based on what we have learned since March 2017, and what has surfaced recently, we can all see why the FBI would want to keep it hidden that they were running a counterintelligence operation against a presidential candidate. After all, as FBI Agent Peter Strzok said it in his text messages, it was an “insurance policy”.

REMINDER – FBI Agent Strzok to FBI Attorney Page:

“I want to believe the path you threw out for consideration in Andy’s office that there’s no way he gets elected – but I’m afraid we can’t take that risk. It’s like an insurance policy in the unlikely event you die before you’re 40.”

So there we have FBI Director James Comey telling congress on March 20th, 2017, that the reason he didn’t inform the statutory oversight “Gang of Eight” was because Bill Priestap (Director of Counterintelligence) recommended he didn’t do it.

Apparently, according to Comey, Bill Priestap carries a great deal of influence if he could get his boss to NOT perform a statutory obligation simply by recommending he doesn’t do it.

Then again, Comey’s blame-casting there is really called creating a “fall guy”. FBI Director James Comey was ducking responsibility in March 2017 by blaming FBI Director of Counterintelligence Bill Priestap for not informing congress of the operation that began in July 2016. (9 months prior).

At that moment, that very specific moment during that March 20th hearing, anyone who watches these hearings closely could see FBI Director James Comey was attempting to create his own exit from being ensnared in the consequences from the wiretapping and surveillance operation of candidate Trump, President-elect Trump, and eventually President Donald Trump.

In essence, Bill Priestap was James Comey’s fall guy. We knew it at the time that Bill Priestap would likely see this the same way. The guy would have too much to lose by allowing James Comey to set him up.

Immediately there was motive for Bill Priestap to flip and become the primary source to reveal the hidden machinations. Why should he take the fall for the operation when there were multiple people around the upper-levels of leadership who carried out the operation.

Our suspicions were continually confirmed because there was NO MENTION of Bill Priestap in any future revelations of the scheme team, despite his centrality to all of it.

Bill Priestap would have needed to authorize Peter Strzok to engage with Christopher Steele over the “Russian Dosssier”; Bill Priestap would have needed to approve of the underlying investigative process used for both FISA applications (June 2016, and Oct 21st 2016). Bill Priestap would be the person to approve of arranging, paying, or reimbursing, Christopher Steele for the Russian Dossier used in their counterintelligence operation and subsequent FISA application.

Without Bill Priestap involved, approvals, etc. the entire Russian/Trump Counterintelligence operation just doesn’t happen. Heck, James Comey’s own March 20th testimony in that regard is concrete evidence of Priestap’s importance.

Everyone around Bill Priestap, above and below, were caught inside the investigative net.

Above him: James Comey, Andrew McCabe and James Baker. Below him: Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, Jim Rybicki, Trisha Beth Anderson and Mike Kortan. Parallel to Priestap in main justice his peer John P Carlin resigned, Sally Yates fired, Mary McCord quit, Bruce Ohr was busted twice, and most recently Dave Laufman resigned. All of them caught in the investigative net…. Only Bill Priestap remained, quietly invisible – still in position.

The reason was obvious.

Likely Bill Priestap made the decision after James Comey’s testimony on March 20th, 2017, when he realized what was coming. Priestap is well-off financially; he has too much to lose. He and his wife, Sabina Menschel, live a comfortable life in a $3.8 million DC home; she comes from a family of money.

While ideologically Bill and Sabina are aligned with Clinton support, and their circle of family and friends likely lean toward more liberal friends; no-one in his position would willingly allow themselves to be the scape-goat for the unlawful action that was happening around them.

Bill Priestap had too much to lose… and for what?

With all of that in mind, there is essentially no-way the participating members inside the small group can escape their accountability with Mr. Bill Priestap cooperating with the investigative authorities.

Now it all makes sense. Devin Nunes interviewed Bill Priestap and Jim Rybicki prior to putting the memo process into place. Rybicki quit, Priestap went back to work.

As of this posting (February 11, 2018), Bill Priestap remains the Assistant FBI Director in charge of counterintelligence operations. However, it’s probably over for him, for he is clearly a traitor who participated in treasonous acts until he turned in fear of becoming the fall guy.

In conclusion, it’s unfortunate the only justice Bill Priestap will probably see is the gauntlet of hatred and threats that is likely to come from his former political social network.

The rest of this entire enterprise will just drag out the timing of the investigative releases in order to inflict maximum political pain upon the Democratic Party who will attempt to excuse the inexcusable.

UPDATE: December 4, 2018

Bill Priestap, the assistant director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s counterintelligence division, will leave his post by the end of the year. Bill Priestap, a 20-year veteran of the bureau, worked on organized crime and drug cases in Chicago before rising through the national security ranks of the agency after the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001.

Bill Priestap’s “became eligible to retire and has chosen to do so after 20 years of service,” the FBI said in a statement.

The federal government allows some employees, including FBI agents, to retire with full benefits if they are 50 or older and have at least two decades of service. In other words, Bill Priestap is getting away with a full government pension after committing several acts of treason.

After Bill Priestap’s departure, none of the high-ranking bureau officials involved in the two investigations will remain with the bureau. FBI director James Comey was fired by President Trump last year, and Deputy Director Andrew McCabewas later dismissed by then-Attorney General Jeff Sessions over his contacts with the media, days before he was eligible to retire with benefits.

Peter Strzok, the chief of the counterespionage section, left the FBI this year after it emerged that he had sent disparaging text messages about Mr. Trump.
